Privacy policy.
How we handle your information when you visit FALCREX, contact our team or book a conversation.
Last updated
This policy explains how Falcrex Systems Inc, based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, collects, uses and protects personal information through falcrex.com and our company communications.
Our software has its own privacy information. For application data, licensing, updates and purchases, read the DNM privacy policy or the EMP Intake privacy policy.
Information we collect
Enquiries. When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, selected enquiry topic, optional product selection and message. If you email us directly, we also receive the attachments and other details you choose to send.
Bookings. When you follow our booking link, Microsoft Bookings collects the contact details, appointment choice and any additional information you provide to arrange the meeting.
Website and security information. Our hosting and security providers process connection information such as your IP address, browser details and requested pages to deliver and protect the site. When the contact form is available, Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical information for its spam check. Your IP address is also used to limit repeated submissions.
Please leave passwords, license keys, confidential file contents and case evidence out of the contact form. It does not accept file uploads.
How we use it
We use this information to answer questions, provide support, arrange meetings, discuss sales and licensing, maintain business records, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Messages are directed to the team responsible for the topic you select.
Sending an enquiry or booking a meeting does not subscribe you to a marketing list. If you receive marketing communications from us, you can unsubscribe using the link in the message or by contacting us. We may still send messages needed for support, billing, security or an existing service.
We do not sell personal information or disclose it to third parties for their own unrelated marketing. Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on consent, performance of a contract, legitimate business interests or legal obligations, as appropriate.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides website delivery and security, including the contact form’s spam protection. Resend processes your contact details and message to deliver contact form enquiries to our Microsoft 365 mailboxes. Microsoft 365 handles our email communications and Microsoft Bookings handles appointment scheduling.
We may share information with service providers, contractors or advisors who need it to carry out these purposes; where required by law; where reasonably necessary to protect our rights or others; in connection with a business restructuring; or with your consent.
Product purchases are handled separately through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Payment-card details are processed by Paddle, not collected by this company website. Product websites and linked services have their own privacy policies.

Retention and security
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to enquiries, provide services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes and comply with legal obligations. Retention varies with the information and the purpose for which it was collected.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Information may be stored or processed in Canada, the United States or other jurisdictions where Falcrex or its providers operate, and may be subject to those jurisdictions’ laws. We take reasonable steps to apply additional transfer safeguards where required by applicable law.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to your personal information, correction of inaccuracies, deletion, a portable copy, or information about how it is used. You may also be able to withdraw consent, object to processing or request that processing be restricted.
Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be retained to meet legal or contractual obligations. You may also have the right to complain to a privacy regulator, including the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.
Our company website and services are intended for business and professional use and are not directed to children.
